From friday till Monday I did not run at all... One thing after another came up that I would use as an excuse not to run.. I don't know why I did that.
But yesterday I finally got to run and ran my 3 miles at a 0% incline in 34 min... I need to pick it up... Right now I am going to take a run to our office and hopefully I can run that mile in less than 10 min... :) wish me luck :)
