Slacking off

From friday till Monday I did not run at all... One thing after another came up that I would use as an excuse not to run.. I don't know why I did that.
But yesterday I finally got to run and ran my 3 miles at a 0% incline in 34 min... I need to pick it up... Right now I am going to take a run to our office and hopefully I can run that mile in less than 10 min... :) wish me luck :)

Run mom! Go!-first post

Hey everyone!

First of all, I hope everyone is having an AMAZING new year!

Well, to start, this blog of mine is to, in a way, help me keep ONE of my new years resolution... To LOSE WEIGHT. How much? I don't have a specific weight number goal, but it's anywhere between 15-25lbs. You may think that that may be a small amount, but for a breast feeding mom who is HUNGRY all the time it can be quite a challenge... So I am going to do my best to finally keep up with loosing all this weight! How? My main way is to RUN! As of now I am able to run/walk 3 miles in about 30 mins. I want to improve that and hopefully by this June I will have signed up for a 5k and completed it.. So if you are up for the ride, join me in loosing the unwanted weight, and helping me achieve my much wanted goal...
